Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re not quite sure where to start. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self, without judgment or pressure. I work primarily with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, body image concerns, mood disorders, and life transitions or adjustments. I’m passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, work through difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of coping.
My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, meaning I believe you are the expert on your own experience. I strive to meet you where you are and build a genuine therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and collaboration. I also take a multicultural and culturally responsive approach to therapy, recognizing that your culture, identity, relationships, and lived experiences all play an important role in how you understand yourself and navigate the world.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety or depression, navigating your relationship with your body, processing past experiences, feeling overwhelmed by life changes, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy doesn’t have to be about having everything figured out. It can be a space to slow down, gain understanding, and begin creating meaningful change. I would be honored to support you wherever you are in that process.
