Grounded in Growth is a new private practice initiative. We are seeking psychologists, counselors, and social workers to join our team in providing compassionate, inclusive, affirming, psychotherapy services in Grand Rapids.
As a developing practice, Grounded in Growth welcomes individuals interested in creating a welcoming, successful, innovative group practice from the start of its inception. Therapists seeking full-time (25 – 28 clients per week) or part-time (10 – 20 clients per week) are encouraged to apply. We value and practice continued professional growth both in evidence-based clinical practice and social advocacy. Candidates for this position should have both personal and professional ambitions that align with this mission and set of values.
All therapists are independently contracted and may determine their own schedule and caseload. Therapeutic services can be a blend of in-person and virtual services, depending on your preference and needs of your clients.
Office space and office materials, billing and insurance credentialing, professional consultation, and a healthy team culture are included for all therapists. Additionally, supervision for LLPs and those in need of supervision for licensure is included, as needed.

Requirements:
A Master's Degree or higher in a mental health field
Current full or limited license in Michigan
Two years of experience providing diagnosis and psychotherapy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability function independently in a psychotherapy work environment and manage a schedule and caseload
