She/Her

As a trauma therapist certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can safely process difficult experiences and begin to reconnect with yourself. I believe healing happens through processing the past and shifting the narratives that contribute to distress, sadness, and anxiety. Feeling seen, heard, and empowered is often a key part of that process. I specialize in working with adults navigating the effects of trauma, specifically medical trauma, birth trauma, women’s health concerns, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, and generational trauma.

With over 10 years of experience supporting trauma survivors and 5 years as a licensed counselor, my foundation as a therapist was built through advocacy with survivors of sexual and domestic violence. I’ve also worked in college counseling and community mental health settings, which has deepened my experience with individuals from diverse backgrounds and at various life stages.

I honor the complexity of each person’s story, including the intersections of identity, culture, and lived experience. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, you set the pace and the goals, and I walk alongside you throughout the process.

Therapy is a space for healing, clarity, and connection, and I’m here to help you move toward the life you want to live. I look forward to hearing your story and supporting you on your path.
