Everyone has a need to be loved, accepted, and appreciated. Anxiety, depression, and past experiences can sometimes make us feel invisible and disconnected from ourselves and the world. You are not alone. Therapy offers a supportive space for connection and healing.
My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, encouraging environment where clients feel heard and empowered. I see myself as a guide to my clients, helping them to move toward their goals and become the person they want to be. I use a client-centered approach, incorporating mindfulness techniques to build emotional awareness, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support growth and change.
My professional interests include anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and self-esteem. I especially enjoy working with young adults who are navigating college life or transitioning into their careers. I also enjoy working with adults of all ages.
